This is an in-office position that offers a competitive salary based on experience. We are looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil litigation, particularly in our construction defect practice.

The ideal candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing. This position is located in our Central Florida office, conveniently situated in Lake Mary, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Work in all aspects of civil litigation
- Handle cases in the construction defect practice
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

- Attend hearings and trials as necessary

Qualifications:
- Member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil litigation
- Familiarity with construction defect practice is preferred
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload
