Job Title: eDiscovery/TAR Senior Consultant, Custom Solutions Analytics

Job Responsibilities:
- The Senior Consultant is responsible for understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions and workflows to meet project-specific requirements.
- Manage the execution of solutions or workflows from inception to completion, ensuring accurate and consistent results.
- Hold extensive knowledge of Relativity’s UI, machine learning, and search capabilities.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement complex data analytics workflows independently.
- Take ownership of large-scale, complex projects and directly lead high-profile Technology Assisted Review projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and consultant by presenting to clients and internal teams on analytics offerings.
- Identify analytics opportunities and collaborate with other teams to ensure these opportunities are utilized.
- Communicate, coordinate, and implement solutions and workflows effectively to project teams.
- Advise internal teams on existing strategies, workflows, and solutions, as well as develop new ones.
- Perform full project audits as needed.
- Strategize corporate impact by understanding business needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Identify and propose alternative solutions for workflows, client agreements, and proposals that conflict with the company’s business interests.
- Enter metrics, including billing time entry and culling metrics, in line with team expectations.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum Education Requirements: ., Paralegal Certificate, or BS in a relevant field (., Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Retrieval Sciences), or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience Requirements: 4 years of proven work experience in the eDiscovery industry.
- Extensive experience with Relativity UI and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
- Industry certifications are required.
