Job Title: Senior Billing Specialist
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on skillset and experience)
Experience: 5+ years in a Legal Billing Specialist role

The Pillsbury Law Firm in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, playing a key part in our business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Process client bills using Aderant software
- Research and address billing inquiries
- Review pre-bills and generate accurate invoices
- Regularly follow up on unbilled accounts
- Anticipate and troubleshoot issues related to billing
- Submit electronic invoices using EbillingHub
- Provide mentorship to Billing Specialists, Assistants, and Clerks
- Assist with ad hoc reports for attorneys
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Legal Billing Specialist role
- Knowledge of legal billing procedures and systems (Aderant Expert, EbillingHub, etc.)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with individuals at all levels of the organization

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
