Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong knowledge of domestic and foreign trademark prosecution matters
- Coordinate and assist with . and foreign trademark registration efforts
- Manage trademark portfolios, clearance, prosecution, and contentious matters
- Conduct preliminary and comprehensive trademark searches
- Assist with infringement and clearance investigations
- Handle all aspects of . trademark prosecution
- Prepare and file trademark documents with USPTO and foreign offices
- Provide litigation support to in-house attorneys and foreign counsel
- Enter and update data in trademark database
- Quickly adapt to department processes and take initiative to follow-up and take action

Job Qualifications:
- Experienced in trademark prosecution, maintenance, and renewal (both . and foreign preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in legal industry or Legal Assistant Certificate from ABA approved institution
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to quickly learn other applications
- Familiar with online research and trademark clearance databases
- Prefer experience with PATTSY, Saegis, Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, and similar tools
- High level of communication skills and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Problem solver with ability to handle confidential information and produce accurate work
- Organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented
- Strong writing skills

Salary Range: $60K - $130K, annually
