Law Firm Manager, Professional Development:
- Salary range: $124,800 - $203,700
- Hybrid workplace in major cities across the US: Chicago, Dallas, Washington DC, Milwaukee
- Full-time, exempt position with 40+ scheduled hours
- Bachelor's degree required, JD preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of legal practice in a large law firm or experience in professional development/training

- Partner with senior leadership and practice groups to design tailored legal skills curricula
- Collaborate with Professional Development team to identify and address gaps in existing curriculum

- Develop communication strategies to promote training opportunities and gather feedback for improvement
- Monitor industry trends and propose enhancements to elevate current training curriculum
- Build strong relationships with attorneys and business professionals to maximize impact of Professional Development team's resources

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, JD preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of legal practice or experience in professional development/training
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
