Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the defense of No-Fault matters within civil litigation.
- Work within New York no-fault law and insurance laws.
- Conduct legal proceedings in civil court, manage arbitrations, and take Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
- Manage declaratory judgment actions and litigate in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
- Engage in trial proceedings as needed.
- Demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills through submission of writing samples.
- Work under a hybrid schedule, allowing for remote work for a portion of the workweek, with details to be discussed during the interview process.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in both New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ).
- Two to three years of civil litigation experience, specifically in handling the defense of third-party auto matters.
- Experience with New York no-fault law, insurance laws, civil court proceedings, arbitrations, and EUOs.
- Preferred experience includes handling declaratory judgment actions and litigating in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
- Trial experience is preferred.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $115, to $120,, commensurate with experience.
