The Law Firm of **Members Only** is currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation, specifically handling No-Fault matters, to join our team in New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to gain experience in a dynamic and growing firm while also having the flexibility to work from home part of the time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle defense of No-Fault matters, including arbitrations and Examinations Under Oath (EUOs)
- Familiarity with New York no-fault law and insurance laws
- Experience in civil court and handling declaratory judgment actions
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong writing and analytical skills, demonstrated through writing samples
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in NY (admitted to practice in NJ and/or PA is a plus)
- 2-3 years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling No-Fault matters
Salary Information:
- Salary range of $115,,, commensurate with experience
- Hybrid work schedule, with the ability to work from home part of the time
