Job Description:
Franklin & Prokopik (F&P), a law firm specializing in civil litigation defense, is currently seeking experienced Attorneys in Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Liability Insurance Defense for their Virginia locations. This is a hands-on position with billable hours and heavy litigation, offering a competitive salary based on experience.
Responsibilities of an Attorney at F&P include representing clients in legal proceedings, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and management. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong background in WC or Liability. Experience with billing hours is also preferred.
