Job Responsibilities:

- Handle all aspects of general liability cases, including trials, depositions, negotiations, and client communication
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in general liability practice preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Admitted to practice law in Virginia
