Insurance and Reinsurance Litigation Associate
The candidate must have 4-7 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience. Should have an understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, as well as extensive civil litigation experience in the following areas: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice, depositions, and court appearances (commensurate with experience level). Experience with business development, client management, and independent management of cases is preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate superior research and writing ability.
