Job Title:
Director, Regional Claims Advocacy

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive property & casualty claims management practice to service existing clients, account teams, and assist in securing new clients.
- Function as part of an overall account management team and manage claims staff on both a regional and/or national basis.
- Generate claims advocacy solutions for a wide range of customers on a multi-line basis.
- Operate on a holistic, multi-disciplinary risk management platform philosophy to identify and analyze critical issues, implementing or recommending solutions.
- Assist in the marketing, coordination, and delivery of claims management services to clients and prospects.
- Establish best practices, including standard claims services, assigned adjusters, investigators, defense counsel, and others by carrier for all company clients.
- Establish relationships at the highest level in each claims organization locally and regionally to influence best outcomes.
- Design and draft complex claims strategy and coverage positions for large complex construction claims.
- Utilize interdisciplinary knowledge of coverage, claims, and safety to articulate to top-level management to influence positive results.
- Oversee litigation management strategies on behalf of carrier partners and clients.
- Manage claims staff, including motivating/mentoring staff, providing employee training and development, conducting performance reviews, and performing disciplinary action as appropriate.
- Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity by entering and maintaining complete and accurate information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctorate preferred.
- Twelve (12) or more years of related work experience in brokerage or carrier roles.
- Possession of CPCU, AIC, and/or ARM preferred.
- Valid Fire and Casualty Broker – Agent license required.
- In-depth knowledge of all commonly encountered property and casualty insurance coverage and risk management concepts and techniques.

Salary Information:
- Pay Type: Salary
- Minimum Hiring Rate: $175,
- Maximum Hiring Rate: $200,
