Job Title: Senior Counsel, International Projects
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively assess and define potential risks and identify recommendations in coordination with cross-functional subject matter experts on high-priority cross-functional matters.
- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure effective execution across teams.
- Quickly learn and synthesize information from a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to frame decisions and communicate clear updates and recommendations to company leadership on complex, urgent, and sensitive projects.
- Advise internal stakeholders on critical and novel legal issues globally.
- Manage and lead large, complicated projects that span cross-functional teams both inside and outside the company.
Education and Experience Information:
- Experience providing legal counsel on complicated regulatory investigations, responses, and projects.
- Experience in cross-functional project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading internal investigations and/or regulatory responses.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and partnering at all levels of an organization to coordinate between multiple internal stakeholders and balance differing opinions and perspectives.
- Must be flexible, able to multitask, detail-oriented, and enjoy fast-paced and high-intensity work.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Exceptional legal writing abilities and skilled at synthesizing the perspectives of various stakeholders.
- Excellent judgment and analytic rigor.
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize information from a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to help frame decisions and communicate clear updates and recommendations to company leadership on complex urgent projects.
- Experience communicating and partnering at all levels of an organization to coordinate between multiple internal stakeholders and balance differing opinions and perspectives with a real attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively assess potential risks and identify recommendations in coordination with cross-functional subject matter experts to drive high priority cross-functional implementation.
Salary Information:
- Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $183,855 to $216,300 USD.
- Full-time offers from the company also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
