- Plan, develop, implement and update the Firm’s information security strategy
- Design, develop, execute and track the performance of security measures
- Identify, define and document system security weaknesses and threats
- Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure
- Research, assess and recommend security products
- Monitor systems for security events and alerts
- Develop and implement alerting and detection strategies
- Assist in achieving compliance with industry standard security certifications
- Lead efforts in preparation for third-party audits
- Educate and train staff on information security best practices
- Responsible for evidence collection, documentation, and reporting for forensic activities
- Stay updated on evolving security regulations, threats, and best practices
- Proficiency in secure network architectures, encryption technologies, web application security, cloud security, and cybersecurity technologies
- Working knowledge in identity and access management, vulnerability management, social engineering, and APTs
- Experience with conducting risk assessments and security audits
- Fundamental knowledge of professional service firm computing and communications systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with various teams and subject matter experts
- Understanding and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Familiarity with information security standards
- Ability to obtain necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications
