Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
- Conduct thorough research on legal and compliance issues related to contracts.
- Manage contract changes and amendments while ensuring adherence to change management protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation through effective records management practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and business policies.
- Utilize PeopleSoft or similar systems for contract procurement and management processes.
- Provide guidance on contract-related matters to stakeholders across the organization.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying areas for improvement as needed.
Education and Experience Information:
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation principles and practices.
- Proficiency in research methodologies related to law and compliance management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on records management.
- Ability to effectively negotiate terms that align with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with change management processes within a contractual context.
- Solid understanding of business management principles as they relate to contracts.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Salary Information:
- Pay: $53, - $64, per year
