Job Title: Legal Case Manager - Victim Compensation Fund (VCF)

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone interviews with clients and witnesses to collect essential details pertinent to each case.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and paralegals to ensure the timely and accurate submission of Victim and Witness Presence Statements.
- Draft, revise, and finalize Victim and Witness Presence Statements to meet the requirements of the VCF.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications with clients and witnesses.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that clients’ questions are answered accurately and thoroughly.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior experience with VCF claims, mass torts, or personal injury law is strongly preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is preferred.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, client-ready documents.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate with empathy and sensitivity, particularly when dealing with clients facing health crises or loss.

Salary Information:
- Pay starts from per hour.
- Expected working hours are 40 hours per week.
