We are a highly reputable law firm seeking a motivated and driven associate attorney to join our Corporate / Transactional department.

As a corporate attorney in our transactional department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of business law matters, including complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, banking and finance, and other corporate issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on various corporate matters
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Manage multiple projects independently and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrate critical-thinking, drafting, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to client service

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
- 0-3 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in legal research and drafting
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
