**Members Only**, a leading law firm with multiple offices, is seeking a Corporate Transactional Associate to join our Corporate Services Group in either Denver or St. Louis. This is an exciting opportunity for a lateral associate with expertise in corporate transactions to learn from and work closely with experienced legal practitioners in a friendly and cooperative environment.

As a Corporate Transactional Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-level and strategic corporate matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and joint ventures. You will also have the chance to manage your own business and generate new business for the firm. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a desire to advance their career in CSG.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions. We prefer candidates with at least 4 years of experience in M&A and other transactional work, with a strong background in drafting and reviewing corporate documents. Additionally, you should possess strong decision-making skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.

Salary for this position is fluid and will depend on your experience, areas of expertise, and licenses. For our Denver office, the salary range is $230,000-$260,000 with a 1,950 billable hour requirement. For our St. Louis office, the range is $200,000-$230,000 with the same billable hour requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle acquisitions, divestitures, equity, debt financings, private equity-sponsored transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions
- Manage multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion
- Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients
- Work independently and productively
- Produce quality legal work and meet billable hour requirements
- Generate new business for the firm through individual and group efforts

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
