- Salary: 100,000 - 400,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications associated with 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to the 3GPP Communication Standards Organization
- Location: Remote (Los Angeles, California, US)
- Department: Patent Practice

Role Requirements
- Registration with the USPTO
- Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications associated with 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to the 3GPP Communication Standards Organization
- Experience preparing claim charts that map claims to the 3GPP Communication Standards
- Big Law experience is a plus

Compensation
- Based on productivity
- Competitive salary range of 100,000 - 400,000 USD per year
