Attorney Recruiting Coordinator Duties: Have primary responsibility for supporting all administrative tasks that keep the team running. Entry-Level Recruiting (On-Campus Recruiting, Summer Associate Program, and First-Year Onboarding), On-Campus Recruiting. Assist with organizing on-campus interview materials. Support Recruiting Managers and assist with coordination and planning of entry-level recruiting events. Support Recruiting Managers and assistants in the development and tracking of key relationships with law schools and student groups. Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in registering the firm for On-Campus Interviews. Support Recruiting Managers and assistants in tracking school guidelines and policies. Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in planning and assisting with recruiting events (creating nametags and guest lists, sending invitations, receiving RSVPs, following up with calls). Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in the creation of Excel charts and tables in connection with the program; maintain summer and new associate master charts (and ad hoc charts as needed). Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in the coordination of payment of program-related expenses. Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in liaising between students and moving and housing vendors. Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in the coordination of the production of the summer Associate Orientation Guide. Informational Materials for distribution to all Summer Associates. Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in maintaining work assignment log and summer associate work files. Support Recruiting Managers and assistant in supporting Recruiting Committee (collecting and organizing applicant files and evaluations). Support Recruiting Managers and assistants in the coordination of social events and educational programs. Support Recruiting Managers with the collection of necessary materials to onboard First Year Associates. Prepare necessary onboarding documentation and support Recruiting Managers and Coordinators in onboarding efforts. Provide administrative support to maintain candidate files in the applicant tracking system. Schedule interviews and follow-up meetings for candidates. Prepare materials for interview schedules and for applicants visiting the office. Collect interview feedback. Serve as a backup for the preparation of offer letters and accompanying documentation. Serve as a backup in the processing expenses (., candidate travel, events, search firms, and other vendors). Handle special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Should preferably have 1+ years of law firm recruiting experience. Knowledge of attorney recruiting field and procedures. Familiarity with LawCruit or other ATS preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize/prioritize work while handling multiple projects and shifting responsibilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Exercises strong judgment when handling confidential/sensitive matters. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Performs as a standout colleague. Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
