Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Insurance Coverage and Products Liability
Job Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Responsibilities

- Take depositions, argue motions, and attend court hearings and mediations as required.
- Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests and interrogatories, and other legal correspondence and litigation documents.
- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide recommendations for clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda.
- Prepare status reports and recommendations for clients.
- Review document collections in preparation for litigation.
- Work on all aspects of litigation, from initial responsive pleading through trial.

Education and Experience

- Must be admitted to practice in Nevada - additional admissions are a plus.
- Experience in discovery and law and motion.
- State and Federal court experience.
- Excellent academic credentials and work history.
