Ideal Candidate Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in appellate law
- Admitted to practice law in jurisdiction of residence
- Active and in good standing with license
- Substantial and self-sufficient book of portable business ($400,000+)
- Demonstrated drive and potential for additional business generation

Additional Requirements for Candidates with 10+ Years of Experience
- Clerkship in appellate court, preferably federal
- Written appellate briefs in state and federal court
- Admitted to appellate bar of one or more federal circuit courts
- Oral argument experience in state and federal court
- Known as an appellate lawyer in local or regional community
