Transactional Intellectual Property / Corporate Attorney
The candidate should have extensive transactional intellectual property experience. Should have 5+ years of broad transactional experience including significant experience leading and negotiating IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, software licensing, and IP agreements. Significant experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating IP terms and agreements, including software licenses and pharma/biotech collaboration agreements, is required. Experience in patent and/or trademark clearance and noninfringement opinions is considered a plus. Must be self-starters and must be able to work as a member of a team on complex transactions. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.
