Job Title: Corporate Senior Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Advise law firm clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactional matters.
- Engage in transaction management and due diligence processes.
- Assist in managing client relationships.
Education and Experience Information:
- . Juris Doctor Degree is required.
- Admission to practice in a US State Bar and maintaining good standing is necessary. Admission to the State Bar of the office location is expected if not currently admitted.
- A minimum of seven years of significant experience in a law firm handling mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactional matters is preferred.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and/or international business transactions is essential.
- Experience in US securities transactional and regulatory matters, including 34 Act compliance, public and private debt and equity offerings, proxy statement preparation, annual meeting cycle management, and public company governance matters is not required, but considered a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
