Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified Business Transactions Associate with 3+ years of experience in securities and corporate transactions. This role will involve working with publicly traded clients, providing counsel and handling SEC filings and reporting. The ideal candidate will also have experience in general corporate transactional work and be comfortable with structuring asset terms and loan processes for mergers and acquisitions. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
