Job Responsibilities:
The Privacy & Cyber Paralegal is tasked with providing comprehensive support to assigned attorneys in managing privacy and cybersecurity litigation matters. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in managing privacy and cybersecurity cases by tracking deadlines, organizing case files, and maintaining case management databases.
- Creating initial drafts of legal documents such as pleadings, discovery documents, and settlement agreements.
- Managing the full lifecycle of settled cases from initiation to completion, including verifying wiring instructions and ensuring stipulations of dismissal are filed.
- Preparing routine client updates and responding to inquiries.
- Conducting thorough legal research on privacy and cybersecurity laws, and summarizing findings for attorney review.
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining client calendars.
- Tracking and recording client-billable and non-billable hours to meet minimum billable hour requirements.
- Establishing priorities, working on multiple projects simultaneously, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Providing quality client service and collaborating effectively within and across practice groups.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree or any combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
- A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is beneficial.
- A minimum of five years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on either federal court litigation or privacy and cybersecurity highly preferred.
- Significant experience with federal court litigation at all stages of a case is required.

Salary Information:
Compensation for the Paralegal position is dependent on various factors, including position, location, education, training, and experience. The hiring salary range is between $85, and $105,.
