Job Title: Associate Attorney – Product Liability/Asbestos Litigation
Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing and executing tasks related to product liability and asbestos litigation. Education and Experience Information:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree with excellent academic credentials is required.
- Admission to the New York Bar is mandatory, while admission to the New Jersey Bar is considered a plus.
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience specifically in asbestos litigation, which includes experience with depositions and court appearances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong professional judgment, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients is necessary.
- Proactivity, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic are crucial for this role.
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks is required.
Salary Information:
The law firm offers a competitive salary for this position, ranging from $125,000 to $150,000. The actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
