Responsibilities:
- Represent borrowers, arrangers, agents, and lenders in . domestic and international banking transactions
- Work on a variety of banking areas, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, trade finance, and other commercial loan transactions
- Collaborate with a team to ensure successful outcomes for clients
- Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations
- Undertake additional tasks as required
Requirements:

Salary Information:
- Base salary range: $260,000-$435,000
- Actual compensation dependent on relevant experience, performance, qualifications, degrees, and location
- Total compensation package may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits
