Job Title: Immigration Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and clients in the preparation and filing of petitions, waivers, visa applications, and correspondence with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
- Organize and track case status and assist in managing attorney court appearances, calendars, and client matters.
- Conduct client intakes and interviews, providing friendly and efficient customer service.
- Analyze legal documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with legal terminology and principles.
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under tight schedules.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of paralegal experience is required.
- Must have knowledge of immigration courts, court procedures, and the USCIS website.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Spanish language proficiency is required.
Salary Information:
- The position offers a starting pay of per hour.
