Job Title: Banking and Financial Services - Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent payments, virtual currency, and other financial technology companies, as well as banks, broker-dealers, and other traditional financial sector leaders.
- Handle complex regulatory matters for clients, including regulatory structuring and negotiation of critical contracts.
- Engage in product innovation and provide legal guidance on regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough research and provide analytical support on various legal issues.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver legal solutions.

Education and Experience Information:
- Strong academic background required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or government setting.
- Must possess strong analytical abilities, and proven research and writing skills.
- Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the District of Columbia Bar.

Salary Information:
- Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including relevant market, skills, experience, and education.
- Target Salary Range: In Washington, DC, the estimated target salary range is $260,000 - $365,000.
- The compensation package also includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.
