Law firm **Members Only** is seeking a staff attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in rate hedge agreements to join their Real Estate Finance Group in either their Washington, ., Tysons, or Baltimore office. The qualified candidate will be responsible for drafting rate hedge agreements and managing the flow of information related to hedges among lenders, borrowers, swap dealers, and counsel involved in commercial real estate transactions. A working knowledge of ISDA master agreements and other derivatives trading documentation is preferred. The successful candidate should have a juris doctorate degree and be admitted to the relevant jurisdiction's bar.
