Summary:

Law Firm is seeking a Senior Audio/Visual Service Support Specialist to join their IT Service Desk team in Silicon Valley, CA. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of audio/visual equipment, including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and knowledge of videoconferencing equipment and Microsoft technologies. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring four days on-site and 40 hours per week. The anticipated salary range is $84,000-$120,000 with potential for a discretionary bonus.
