Job Description:
- Support our Corporate and Private Equity practice in our Dallas or Pittsburgh office.
- Work with a team of over 90 attorneys on a variety of private equity transactions.
- Represent emerging managers and general partners in forming private equity, growth equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds.
- Handle all aspects of M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents.
- Expand our national platform with your skills and experience.

Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably with a focus on private equity-led transactions or acquisitions for private equity funds.
- Ability to lead M&A transactions from start to finish.
- Strong academic record and excellent writing and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently with clients and colleagues.
- Must be a member of the Pennsylvania bar.

Salary Information:
- Competitive salary range of $150,000-$190,000 per year.
- Hours and merit bonus opportunities available.
- Billable hours credit for pro bono work.
