Job Title: Real Estate Mid-Level Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Mid-Level Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Key duties include:

- Managing complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, financing, leasing, land use and development, and construction.
- Demonstrating familiarity with joint ventures, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
- Running transactions with minimal supervision, showcasing the ability to manage projects independently.
- Exhibiting strong writing and communication skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and clients.
- Contributing directly to providing exceptional service to clients by working on substantive matters.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess 4-6 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate. While familiarity with joint ventures is a plus, it is not a required qualification. The candidate should have the capability to run transactions independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Information:
The annual salary range for the Real Estate Mid-Level Associate position is between $230,000 and $260,000. This range represents the expected pay for this role at the time of posting. Compensation will depend on the applicant's skills, qualifications, experience, and the specific requirements of the position.
