Job Title: Associate Attorney - 5+ Yrs Experience - Civil Rights and Employment
Job Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will be part of a dedicated team focused on Professional Liability defense areas, including civil rights, public entity, and employment. This role involves collaboration within a team-based and client-focused practice group. The attorney will engage in client interaction and contribute to practice growth. Although the candidate is not immediately expected to independently manage cases from inception to trial, the role is designed to foster skill development under the guidance of experienced shareholders and dynamic associates. Continuous feedback is provided, and the candidate's individual goals are highly valued. The attorney will work closely with the litigation group to enhance their legal expertise, with a focus on building strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
Education and Experience Information:
Applicants must have two (2) to five (5) years of legal experience, particularly in the area of Professional Liability. The role is suitable for candidates with an interest in civil rights, public entity, and employment law.
