Responsibilities:
As a Career Associate, you will have the opportunity to participate in trial teams, manage the trial calendar, and assist with staffing associates within the group. Your responsibilities will also include preparing client communications and thought leadership materials, overseeing long-term projects, and working closely with practice lawyers to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. You will also collaborate with the innovation team to assign the right resources to client matters, maximizing impact and delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have litigation legal experience, exceptional writing skills, and attention to detail. You must also possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Additionally, you should have excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Compensation and Benefits:
We understand the value of our employees and offer a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package. The expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $234,000. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, and we offer a full range of elective health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
