**Members Only** is currently seeking a skilled attorney to join their Grand Rapids office and their nationally recognized labor and employment practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in either traditional labor or employment litigation, and a strong background in the full range of related legal work.

Employment Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in single plaintiff employment litigation and counseling
- Preferred experience in employment law advice and counseling, wage and hour and class action litigation
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Admitted and in good standing with Michigan bar
Labor Qualifications:
- Substantial experience and knowledge in traditional labor law, including arbitrations, contract administration, and NLRB matters
- Familiarity with union avoidance, union campaigns, and unfair labor practice defense
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Admitted and in good standing with Michigan bar
