Job Title: Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Attend leads and conduct intakes of potential clients.
- Investigate and gather evidence for personal injury cases.
- Set up new files for case management.
- Resolve property damage issues related to personal injury claims.
- Prepare demand letters to facilitate case resolutions.
- Resolve subrogation issues that may arise in the course of case handling.
- Provide the best customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Manage a large personal injury case load efficiently, ensuring all cases are handled with diligence and attention to detail.
- Perform all essential tasks assigned by attorneys to support the legal process and case management.

Education and Experience Information:
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and case documentation.
- Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference, enhancing their eligibility for the role.
- Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills are critical for managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines.
- A minimum of 3 years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting is required to ensure familiarity with legal processes and case management.
- Must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies. A Bachelor’s degree is desired for a more comprehensive understanding of legal principles and practices.
