Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have an Associate's degree. A Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience as a paralegal with a heavy emphasis on medical records evaluation and collection. Experience with Insurance Defense or Litigation is required.
