## EE or Computer Science Patent Attorney or Patent Agent

Law Firm is actively searching for an EE or Computer Science Patent Attorney or Patent Agent to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high quality advice and manage complex, worldwide portfolios for their diverse and sophisticated client base, ranging from large multinational corporations to start-ups.

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
* Masters or . degrees preferred, but not required.
* 2-4 years of experience drafting patent applications and assisting with drafting of opinions.
* Must be able to perform freedom-to-operate patent searches and literature searches.

### Responsibilities

* Draft domestic and foreign patent applications.
* Assist in drafting legal opinions for clients.
* Handle patent office litigation matters.
