Law Firm Seeking Energy Project Finance Associate (Mid-Senior Level)

GT, a leading global law firm, is currently hiring for a full-time Energy Project Finance Associate with at least 4 years of experience in our Energy Project Development and Finance group. This position offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Draft primary and ancillary deal documents including purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, financing agreements, and joint venture agreements
- Conduct complex diligence and manage deals
- Supervise and guide junior associates and internal specialist teams
- Interact with clients and produce high-quality work product
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and busy practice

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in energy project development, M&A, and project finance transactions
- Familiarity with energy regulatory matters, project real property and permitting requirements, and project agreements
- Team-oriented and able to handle significant responsibility
- Admission to one or more state bars

Salary Information:
- Washington .: $240,000-$375,000 per year (actual pay adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law)
- Eligible for discretionary bonus, health insurance, short and long term disability, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary programs
