Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Bankruptcy Quality Control Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

- Performing quality control reviews wherever there is an identified need.
- Reviewing and responding to scorecards; troubleshooting, elevating, and/or coordinating remediation as needed.
- Acting as the primary author of department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring and tracking portfolio timelines and quality adherence.
- Assisting with reports/document development tickets as needed.
- Acting as the primary handler/coordinator of alerts received from clients, ensuring full implementation.
- Ensuring appropriate and inclusive implementation of all updates/changes.
- Acting as the primary liaison with department affiliates.
- Conducting trainings and/or meetings as needed to meet department quality standards/goals.
- Providing initial boarding/training of new employees.
- Performing all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and client directives to achieve overall company goals.
- Keeping immediate superiors fully informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and taking prompt corrective action where necessary or suggesting alternative actions.
- Embodying professional comradery, community, and communication.
- Attending and participating in meetings with internal and external parties.
- Performing any and all other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
To be considered for the position of Bankruptcy Quality Control Coordinator, candidates must meet the following requirements/preferences:

- Possess 5+ years of creditor rights default law firm bankruptcy experience.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of servicer clientele expectations and bankruptcy operational procedures.
- Have a knowledge base spanning across a wide array of systems, court and client nuances, bankruptcy forms, referral types, processes, procedures, etc.
- Exhibit polished and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have experience in database management.
- Demonstrate the ability to closely follow quality standards.
- Be capable of effectively training others.
- Be capable of effectively collaborating with others to meet business objectives.
- Possess keen instincts and an eye for detail.
