Job Title:
Construction Labor Law Litigation Trial Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Construction Labor Law Litigation Trial Attorney will be responsible for first chairing trials and managing cases within various areas of litigation, including New York Labor Law, general liability, premises liability, and some municipal liability. The position offers flexibility, allowing the attorney to work either remotely or in the office. Key duties include:
- Handling complex litigation matters from inception to trial
- Preparing pleadings and briefs
- Managing discovery and depositions
- Conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
- Providing trial experience specifically involving New York Labor Law

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- A minimum of 10 years of general litigation and New York Labor Law experience
- Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters
- Prior trial experience involving New York Labor Law
- Current New York Bar admission in good standing

Salary Information:
- Base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation includes a generous formula bonus program and potential discretionary bonuses
