Job Title: Estate & Trust Administration Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Estate & Trust Administration Attorney will work within the Estate and Trust Administration department of the law firm. Primary responsibilities include meeting with clients and their families to assist them in navigating the Probate and Trust Administration processes. The attorney must be organized and capable of quickly learning legal, tax, and financial concepts and effectively communicating this knowledge to clients. The goal is to help clients efficiently complete estate administration.

Education and Experience Information:
This is an entry-level attorney position; therefore, prior experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure the attorney is well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of the role.

Salary Information:
The starting salary for the Associate Attorney position is between $65,000 and $75,000 per year, depending on prior experience. There is also the potential for performance bonuses in this position. Compensation for mileage is provided if travel is required outside of the office.
