Strong academic credentials
Sound working knowledge of estate planning, succession planning, and tax laws related to wealth transfer
Excellent written and oral communication skills; capability to convey complex estate planning topics to clients and advisors.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Outstanding project management skills and capacity to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments
Organized, exceptional attention to detail, efficient, and collegial with a superb work ethic.

Drafting estate plan documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and funding related documents
Utilizing advanced planning tools such as IDGTs, QPRTs, ILITs, SLATs, and LLCs
Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on estate planning, succession planning, and tax laws
Working with clients and advisors to effectively communicate complex estate planning topics
Collaborating with multiple attorneys on various assignments
Anticipating client needs and providing solutions-oriented advice
Representing the Firm with integrity and professionalism
