Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on complex estate planning matters
- Develop and implement wealth preservation strategies
- Create and manage advanced trust plans
- Assist with gift and estate tax strategies
- Oversee estate and trust administration
- Handle revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Draft irrevocable life insurance trusts
- Create charitable remainder and lead trusts
- Manage grantor retained annuity trusts
- Provide guidance on fiduciary income taxation
- Assist with closely held business ownership succession planning and taxation

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust and estate law
- Strong understanding of complex estate planning strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
