The Position

As a Complex Litigation Attorney at **Members Only**, you will have the opportunity to work directly with in-house counsel, sophisticated clients, and our own talented professionals. In this role, you will independently manage a litigation caseload, working on cases from beginning to end. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other attorneys and partners, as well as participate in trial preparation, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners
- Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide reports

Qualifications:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 2-7 years of defense litigation experience
- Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-facing experience preferred
- Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Legal project management experience is helpful
