Law Firm Seeking Proposal Specialist with Marketing and Business Development Experience

**Members Only**, a leading law firm committed to diversity and community support, is looking for a dynamic and successful marketing and business development professional to join their team as a Proposal Specialist. This full-time position, posted today, is available in multiple locations including Atlanta, Baltimore, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Washington, DC. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Proposal Manager and will work with lead attorneys and Business Development Managers to respond to request for proposals in line with the firm's strategy, business development goals, and client relationship management goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage RFP responses
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to complete projects
- Determine relevant attorneys and Business Development team members for RFP requests
- Maintain proposal milestones schedule
- Coordinate experience database rollout

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or writing
- 3-5 years of experience in a proposal role
- Experience at a law firm or other professional services firm preferred
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Understanding of the RFP and proposal process in a law firm setting
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Professional communication and client service skills
- Teamwork skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of systems
