Job Title: Personal Injury Law Firm Case Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Manage a caseload from initial treatment through to settlement negotiations.
- Provide consistent and reliable client updates across all cases.
- Monitor deadlines and tasks, providing reminders to team members as needed.
- Assist with incoming calls and serve as a backup when necessary.
- Follow up with insurance companies on liability decisions.
- Draft and send Letters of Representation (LORs), Letters of Protection (LOPs), health insurance notices, and other required documents.
- Request and organize 1st Party Declaration Pages and signed coverage rejections.
- Send drop letters to clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers when applicable.
- Assist clients with Property Damage (PD) and Diminished Value (DV) claims, or guide them through the process.
- Obtain Medical Records during each case phase.
- Ensure every file is updated with a follow-up task for timely case management.
- Utilize the law firm's case management software.
- Negotiate and finalize settlements with insurance companies.
Education and Experience Information:
- Fluency in Spanish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Previous law firm experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment.
- Professional, empathetic, and client-centered approach to all interactions.
- Preferred familiarity with personal injury case lifecycle and understanding of medical treatment protocols and settlement negotiation techniques.
Salary Information:
- Pay ranges from to per hour.
- Expected working hours are 40 to 45 per week.

Additional Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law office is required.
- Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
