Job Title: Real Estate Secretarial Team Lead
Job Responsibilities:
The Real Estate Secretarial Team Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating the secretarial staff within the Real Estate, Environment & Energy, Real-Estate Finance, and Public Finance practice groups at a law firm. Key duties include:
- Coordinating staff activities and delegating workflow efficiently.
- Disseminating information effectively across the team.
- Collaborating with attorneys to identify staffing needs and develop best practices to advance legal practices.
- Supervising the activities of the legal staff within the specified practice groups.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Real Estate, Finance, and Public Finance staff in Buffalo and Rochester.
- Coordinating with Environment & Energy staff in Buffalo and Albany on specific matters.
- Supporting administrative training and providing staffing solutions across different office locations.
- Striving to continually improve processes, technologies, and outcomes.
- Participating as a Real Estate legal secretary within the team.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent. Additionally, a minimum of three years of full-time work experience in a supervisory capacity is required. The role demands outstanding technical skills as a commercial real estate secretary, along with strong communication, customer service, and people management skills.
Salary Information:
