The Legal Secretary will provide secretarial support for attorneys and perform a variety of duties related to legal documents and records.

Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support for an attorney or several attorneys
- Prepare, type, and format legal correspondence, memoranda, and other records
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic records
- Schedule and create calendar invites for meetings, hearings, and other appearances
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by attorneys and supervisors

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Professional level legal secretarial experience preferred
- Knowledge of legal documents and terminology
- Proficient in drafting routine correspondence and preparing legal documents
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with computer and word processing software
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $37, - $49, annually.
